Shipping Policy:
- Free shipping on orders over $100.00 shipped within the United States*
- 7-10 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
Some Boutique items will have longer shipping times
These items will have information in the description, Items cannot be shipped to non-contiguous addresses. Please note that shipping times vary depending on the warehouse and can take 3-6 weeks for delivery.
Transit Times & Delivery
For estimated transit times and/or item description, proceed to checkout and enter your shipping zip code to view your estimated delivery date.
Every product is packed and shipped in accordance with the shipping carrier’s shipping standards and is insured for the value of the product(s). All shipping claims will be filed directly with the carrier.
Non-Contiguous Addresses
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Military APO addresses are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated in your cart and are based on weight and shipping address. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Track Your Order
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipment including your tracking number(s) so that you can track your shipment online.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. With that in mind, we are unable to cancel or change your order once it is placed. Please reach out to us if you have any additional questions @ mshollywoodbling2020@gmail.com. We're here to help.

CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY
Cancellation: After approving the custom order proof, we immediately start production of the design. if for any reason, the customer does not pay the balance on custom order, the Deposit money will be forfeited to cover up Custom Designing cost.
Refunds: No refunds, if there is an issue with your order you must submit a claim within 15 days of the delivery date. You will need your receipt, order number as well as your email address used to place your order. We will use this information to process replacement and prevent future errors.
Any unauthorized returns, or exchanges of items that are washed worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

CUSTOM BULK ORDER REQUIREMENT (25ct+):
We can create customize rhinestone or according to your instruction.
Step 1: Please email a picture or artwork to mshollywoodbling2020@gmail.com with desired dimensions (width and height). Once we receive the artwork or picture, we will send you a quote according to the size and quantity along with invoice for artwork setup fee.
Step 2: Once you have paid invoiced setup fee, we will start on the requested artwork. Artwork fee is non-refundable. There is a 24 – 48 turn-around time for artwork depending on how detailed for you to receive your proof. We will email you the artwork for approval.
Step 3: Once we receive your approval, we’ll send you an invoice for your complete order. We will email you the artwork for approval, once approval is received, you will be sent an invoice link to pay for your custom order.
Step 4: Once the remaining balance paid, we will start production of your order.
Total turnaround time is 10 business days from the date you approve the final proof and paid balance amount depending on order size.
Note: We DO NOT BEGIN WORKING ON CUSTOM ORDERS until a payment has been made to start the custom work. Custom work order invoice payment is due within 48 hours of submitting the invoice to you or it will be cancelled. Price quote is valid for seven days only. Our normal turnaround time on our custom orders is 10 business days after you approve the proof depending on the size of your order.
